I work in "ZAO Transtelekom". It`s the one provider of good Internet. Anybody can bye internet with no limitation (but speed limit is 1Mbit/s) just for $37 USD :). It`s nice price in Russian Far East, but my house have no connection to this provider. I want to pass some english course at Livemocha.com, but with my slow internet (provided by "Dalslyaz") i can`t do that. Oh no! :) I will learn english at work, really :))
